New Website!

Hello wankers!

I’m sure you have noticed the Web site has changed.  You’re not quite sure how, you just know something is different.

When you started drinking last night you were pretty sure the SAH3 Web site was just as boring, droll and useless as it always is.  But now you’re not so sure.  Maybe it’s the headache, maybe it’s queasiness  in your stomach and lower intestines, or maybe it’s somebody messing with you.

It’s probably best you go lay back down, take something and check on this anomaly later.

OK, all better? Good.

The new site is live and powered by WordPress.  What does this mean to you?  In short the site will be prettier, a little faster, and have more useful information.

The new site contains all the useless information you’re used to, but also some new useless information – most noticeably the events calendar.  Once propagated it will contain all the (you guessed it) upcoming events the hash cares about.  Also new to the site are RSS capabilities.  If you don’t know what this means, simply move along.

As the site gets more of the care and feeding it has so desperately needed over the past few years, new and wonderful capabilities will be added, certainly changing your life and likely the lives of those around you.

So, have a look around.  Once you have coaxed that pickled piece of gray matter of yours into formulating an opinion, click on “Contact” and drop us a line.  We’ll likely ignore it, but it’ll make you feel like you have contributed in some very small way.

Congratulations on the new site! I have never run with you wankers before, but just flew into town tonight (missed the hash by an hour, apparently) and decided to search for a local kennel while I was taxiing down the runway. Being a web-geek myself, it was awesome to see you even thought to include a mobile version of the website! WordPress is such a powerful platform and I wish more kennels had some nerd willing to take care of their web presence. For a frequent traveler like myself, a good website is a priceless tool for tracking down local hashes and planning to attend.

I’ve found that the Phoenix H3 have a pretty great (and also WordPress-powered) website as well.

Hope tonight’s trail goes well and I hope to some day come to SA on a Sunday to run with the group.

    On-on,
    Just Josh
